Really interesting to hear how well-aligned you two are in terms of seeing how deeply dysfunctional a lot of the dynamics are around boards, their relationship with management and how decisions get made.

Hearing Robert talk about the ease of use for older board members, I would be interested in hearing him or someone else in the space speak more about the tools technology can offer for inclusion and accessibility in the board room (sensory disabilities, physical barriers, neurodiversity, ect.
